Massage Therapists are regulated through the College  of Massage Therapists of Ontario. As such, we must comply with the government of Ontario's COVID-19 Operational Requirements. This mandates strict operating guidelines in order to protect us all from the spread of COVID 19. The following are some of the precautions being taken:

  • You will be sent a COVID 19 pre-screening questionnaire the day before your appointment which will be signed when you arrive for your appointment to verify that nothing has changed. If they have changed, do not come to the office. Cancel your appointment and call me or your family doctor for further action.

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided and must be used upon entering and exiting the office. Please review video here.

  • You must arrive wearing a cloth or disposable mask to be worn throughout your treatment. I can provide one if you don't have your own. Please review how to safely handle a mask.

  • Please arrive alone, if possible, and as close to your appointment time as possible.

  • All linens used will be washed after every treatment.

  • All touched and used surfaces will be wiped down between clients with Health Canada approved disinfectant.

  • I will be wearing a face mask, shield, and an apron, to be replaced, disinfected, or washed, after every client.

  • All non washable items have been removed, including upholstered furniture and treatment room carpet.

If you have questions or concerns please send me an email, or leave a phone message. Everyone needs to use their own judgement with their benefit/ risk assessment of seeking treatment during this outbreak.
I will send out your pre-screening questionnaire and instructions on how to arrive at your appointment the day before it is scheduled.
