COVID-19 MEASURES
Massage Therapists are regulated through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. As such, we must comply with the government of Ontario's COVID-19 Operational Requirements. This mandates strict operating guidelines in order to protect us all from the spread of COVID 19. The following are some of the requirements and precautions being taken as of July, 2022:
-
Hand sanitizer will be provided
-
Masks are no longer mandatory, but recommended
-
All linens used will be washed after every treatment.
-
All touched and used surfaces will be wiped down between clients with Health Canada approved disinfectant.
-
I will be wearing a face mask, shield, and an apron, to be replaced, disinfected, or washed, after every client.
-
If you, or someone in your household is sick, please reschedule your appointment.
-
If you have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 5 days prior to your appointment, do not come to your appointment.
-
If 5 days has passed since your exposure to someone with Covid-19 and you have now tested negative with a rapid test, you may come to your appointment.
If you have questions or concerns please send me an email, or leave a phone message. Everyone needs to use their own judgement with their benefit/ risk assessment of seeking treatment during this outbreak.
